Most of the existing old drilling platforms are thyristor systems, and most of the original control systems are imported analog systems. With the increase of service life, the problems of device aging, point drift and poor matching of spare parts have occurred. To meet this demand, we started to update the SCR system in 2005. The new system adopts Siemens DC master digital DC governor, Siemens s7-1500 as acquisition and logic processing unit, touch screen as field information transmission and fault diagnosis unit, and upper computer as background monitoring unit. The system adapts to multi task requirements through composite communication mode, and has Internet-based remote diagnosis function.
现有的老式钻井平台多为可控硅系统,原控制系统多为进口的模拟系统,随着使用年限的增加,已出现器件老化、整定点漂移、备件匹配度差的问题。为满足此需求,我们从2005年开始从事可控硅系统的更新工作。新的系统采用西门子DC Master 数字式直流调速器,采用西门子S7-1500作为采集及逻辑处理单元,采用触摸屏作为现场信息传递及故障诊断单元,采用上位计算机作为后台监控单元。系统通过复合的通讯模式适应多任务需求,并具备基于互联网的远程诊断功能。
